Why Choose Our Selection

Industry-leading efficiency, durability, and cost savings for your warehouse operations.

A rider jack (rider electric pallet jack) is an electric pallet jack the operator rides on, standing on a platform while it moves pallets at floor level. A single rider jack has forks for one pallet. Total Warehouse sells, rents and leases new and used rider jacks; the listings on this page update daily from our inventory.

How to Choose a Rider Jack

  • Fork size: check the fork length and width against your pallets.
  • Capacity: check the rated capacity on each listing against your heaviest pallet.
  • Floors: polyurethane wheels are made for smooth concrete. Check dock plates and trailer floors.
  • Battery: match the battery voltage to your chargers, and plan charging around your shifts.
  • Every used unit we sell is inspected before it ships.

Moving two pallets at a time? See double rider jacks. Prefer to walk behind? See walkie pallet jacks.

Rider Jack FAQs

What is a rider jack?

An electric pallet jack with a platform for the operator to stand on while driving, used to move pallets at floor level.

What is a mid rider pallet jack?

A mid rider (center rider) pallet jack has the operator platform in the middle of the truck; an end rider has it at the end. Both are rider jacks. Each listing shows its model, so you can check the layout before you buy.

What is the difference between a rider jack and a double rider jack?

A rider jack has forks for one pallet. A double rider jack has longer forks that carry two pallets end to end, so it needs more room to turn.

Can a rider jack lift pallets onto racks?

No. A pallet jack only raises the load enough to clear the floor. To stack pallets or put them in racking, you need a walkie stacker or a forklift.

Do you sell used rider jacks?

Yes, alongside new units. Every used unit is inspected before it ships, and each listing shows its year and capacity.

Can I rent or lease a rider jack?

Yes. Rider jacks can be bought, rented or leased. Request a quote on any unit and we will price the options.
